I am lucky to be part of the dynamically developing brokerage industry in Dubai, working alongside an extensive network of professionals. When I started my journey, there were about 5,000 brokers in this field. However, over time, this number grew to 62,000 brokers.
Working with such a large group has its advantages, although it is important to acknowledge that not all brokers have the same level of knowledge and dedication to the business. Among the 62,000 brokers, it can be confidently said that a significant portion, perhaps about 61,000, do not have the necessary knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, some people simply chase the temptation of success, enticed by the stories of those who have accumulated huge fortunes in this industry.
Clients who have interacted with these inexperienced brokers may meet us with a mixture of curiosity and relief.
